ALLIANCE CONSTRUCTION LIMITED is a Main Contractor construction company established in 1989, specialising in building and refurbishing low-rise commercial and industrial buildings in the greater Auckland area.

Managing Director Kris MacCauley has over 20 years experience in the building industry, both here in New Zealand and overseas. Kris has been part of the Alliance team for the past 12 years and has created a company culture that builds strong relationships between our project team, clients, consultants and other key stakeholders.

Alliance has grown steadily and partners with many consultants and clients including commercial and industrial developers, institutional and religious organisations, Ministry of Education and private schools. Our proactive management of projects, strong customer focus and “can do” attitude has built many lasting relationships and we include some of our numerous client endorsements in this website. One of our measures of success is the number of repeat projects we experience.
